Who left the Ural dumplings. Yulia Mikhalkova told what is happening with “Ural Dumplings”

Members of the creative association " Ural dumplings"became famous back in the 90s, when they performed in KVN. Following the victory in the 2000 season finale, fame came with money: the Ekaterinburg residents became stars of the STS television channel and began touring with their show throughout the country. On the wave of popularity, the team twice - in 2013 and 2015 - was included in the ranking of the richest showbiz artists, earning $2.8 million and $800 thousand, respectively.

The price of tickets for the Ural Dumplings concerts reached tens of thousands of rubles, and new program was broadcast in federal prime time approximately once every two months. The quarrel looked all the more unexpected from the outside.

How is it that former friends only speak to each other through their representatives in courtrooms?

On October 21, 2015, information appeared that Sergei Netievsky had left his position as director of the show. At first, former Kaveen members did not speak out about the reasons for this decision, which only contributed to the spread of rumors: “the guys expressed distrust in him,” “financial conflict,” “Netievsky has many projects on the side.”

Later that day general manager of the Ural Pelmeni Production company (producing the show), Alexey Lyutikov expressed the official position of the team. As usual: “The decision to change the director was a simple management move that will increase efficiency.” The problem was Netievsky’s residence in Moscow; at some point this caused discomfort among his colleagues.

- Many rumors appeared, including that the reason for the resignation was a financial conflict. What happened?

Sergei felt cramped in Yekaterinburg. He himself has said more than once in interviews that he has become a Muscovite and that he is much more comfortable in the capital. In other words, Sergei ceased to be a “dumpling in a pan” and became a “fish in water.”

As for rumors about political or financial disputes, we do not even comment on this. We don't want to make excuses to anyone. We are honest with each other. We have no behind-the-scenes games, no kitchen secrets. It's funny for us to read about this in the media.

- Will Netievsky remain on the team?

No one was kicked out, no one was fired. Now Sergey will be working on his projects in Moscow, and we wish him success in this. If Sergei Netievsky wants to continue working in the team, then we will sit down with him and discuss everything.

Next year is the anniversary of KVN, followed by the anniversary of Alexander Vasilyevich Maslyakov. We will be happy to invite both Sergei Svetlakov and Sergei Netievsky.

- Did you and other team members manage to maintain friendly relations with him?

Certainly. I think that this is such a feature of the Urals - we are kind, reasonable people. Normal, friendly relationships are important to us, because it’s easier to live this way. Main value- this is decency and a kind attitude towards each other, which we will always maintain as a team.

At the same time, Sergei Netievsky tried to launch the entertainment project “Show from the Air.” The co-author was Alexander Pushnoy, known for the scientific and entertainment program “Galileo”. It was planned that the program would be broadcast on STS.

In February 2016, the unofficial leader of the Ural Dumplings. “Netievsky went his own way... I won’t wash dirty linen in public. It's too much here difficult situation. It hasn’t been fully resolved yet, so…” he said.

In the spring, two participants announced their interests outside the show: Vyacheslav Myasnikov collected his good songs into an album, and Yulia Mikhalkova wanted to go to the State Duma and. “I didn’t act naked. I had a photo shoot in an information magazine,” this is how the prima of “Ural Dumplings” responded to the question about filming in Maxim.

As it turned out, many of the team’s legal issues were tied to Netievsky. To move away from his past life, Sergey Isaev came up with an idea to update the branding. The winner of the competition for best logo they promised money.

As it turned out, Sergei Netievsky himself was against changing the status quo and did not agree with his dismissal. The showman felt that he had been improperly notified. On June 1, the arbitration court began to examine labor relations and the form of their termination.

A month later, the court sided with the ex-director. During that meeting, Ural Dumplings lawyer Olga Yuryeva suggested that what Netievsky actually needed was not a chair: “ This process- this is a way to block and slow down the process that is currently underway in the Moscow Arbitration Court. The essence of the matter is that we are challenging the transfer of a trademark from one company, where Netievsky owned 10%, to another, where he owns 100%.”

At the same time, Ural Dumplings filed a lawsuit to invalidate the decision to alienate Netievsky’s company of exclusive rights to a verbal trademark worth 400 million rubles.

August 10 in a room at the Angelo Hotel. The team went underground for a month and did not speak to journalists.

In October, the 17th Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the lower court, confirming that the director of the creative association is Sergei Netievsky.

By December, the warring parties seemed to be. This outcome, in theory, suited everyone. Although Netievsky was de jure reinstated in his position, he did not have any real influence on the team, and the participants of the “Ural Dumplings” had no need for a formal, but managerial superstructure.

In the last week of 2016, comedians at their meeting elected a new director: .

In May 2017, Ural Dumplings lost a trademark appeal. Lawyer Evgeniy Dedkov said that the right to the brand was already on the balance sheet of the plaintiff; his client Sergei Netievsky registered the mark for the group when he was in the status of director of “pelmeni”. And for some reason comedians still continue to sue.

By the summer, a new lawsuit began between Netievsky and Ural Dumplings. Lyutikov's successor as general director, Evgeny Orlov, said that from the sale of the show on STS and touring activities. To do this, he organized the Idea Fix Media company, which, in fact, became the owner of all Pelmeni programs.

“In general, there were always hints that something was unclean. He considers his actions lawful. Nine people are wrong, and he is right! He said: “This is a business. In Moscow, all producers do this.” That is, for some reason he imagined himself to be our producer. Although everyone in our team has an equal contribution to the common cause, and income should also be equal,” Dmitry Sokolov said then.

Sergei Netievsky, commenting on the accusations, expressed regret that his former comrades fell under bad influence. “A television product is created not only by actors and authors, it is created and promoted by the work of a well-coordinated team of a production company under the leadership of producers. I did a lot of work as a producer and really made the Ural Dumplings KVN team popular television show! Launching a TV project is a different level of responsibility and risk compared to actors and authors and, accordingly, it’s a different payment,” the producer explained his point of view.

On July 17, the court again sided with Netievsky - at that time, the claims of Ural Dumplings were that the ex-director sold the rights to the STS TV channel anniversary concert“We are 16 years old. Because gladiolus! ”, without warning the team about it. According to Ural Dumplings, Sergei took the money from the deal for himself.

A new round of litigation started in the fall. Firstly, the Moscow Arbitration Court held a trial against Dmitry Sokolov, Sergei Kalugin, and Vyacheslav Myasnikov. Sergei Netievsky's company - LLC "Fest Hand Media"- asks to cancel contracts with her subsidiary company. The court rejected the claim.

Secondly, other claims from LLC "Fest Hand Media" to Ural Pelmeni Production, where the plaintiff claims that Evgeny Orlov, as CEO of Idea Fix Media, caused damage to the company. He allegedly sold 73 archived concerts to Uralskie Pelmeni Production for 861 thousand rubles, after which Uralskie Pelmeni Production transferred the recordings to STS for 231.3 million rubles. The first instance rejected the claim, after which Fest Hand Media filed an appeal.

And the other day the Sverdlovsk Arbitration Court began considering another application from Ural Dumplings. Lawyers want money that he allegedly appropriated for himself while he held the position of director of the Unitary Enterprise. Netievsky spent these funds through his own individual entrepreneur, although there was no need for this, a representative of Pelmeni said, the plaintiff believes..

On February 28, the director of one of the legal entities - LLC "Creative Association "Ural Dumplings"- Natalya Tkacheva became, replacing Andrei Rozhkov. Previously, she was responsible for media communications.

To be continued.

Sergei Netievsky became famous thanks to playing in the KVN team “Ural Dumplings”. For five years the team fought for the title of winner and in 2000, finally achieved the coveted victory. However, after this, the participants’ careers on television did not end - nine years later the show “Ural Dumplings” was released, which found responses in the hearts of millions of Russians, and the participants became real stars.

Sergey Netievsky launched this show on STS and acted as the team’s producer for several years. However, now there is a gulf of misunderstanding between the team and the former leader - they are meeting in the courts. One of the recent cases, a meeting on which will take place on January 30, causes Sergei only bewilderment. They demanded 28 million rubles from him.

“The lawyers summed up all the expenses from the concerts that we organized in 2014-2015. I acted as a producer. The money was spent on about 16 concerts, each 1.5-2 million in total. This includes props, costumes, the hall, and many other little things without which it is impossible to create a show. Now it’s strange for me to hear about this lawsuit, as if the guys didn’t know how I organized the concerts. What do they expect in court? Apparently, the current management of Pelmeni, or rather Evgeniy Orlov, wants to annoy me. Although four years have already passed,” Netievsky told StarHit.

Sergei admitted that he is now trying to ignore the numerous lawsuits and concentrate on new achievements. This fall he plans to launch a new television comedy project. So far he has chosen the name “Funny Time”.

“We want to target the youth audience. Now we are filming the first programs - we invite KVN stars whom the new generation knows. We hope that the program will be a success with viewers,” says Netievsky.

Sergei noted that he does not hold a grudge against the team. Moreover, he continues to communicate with some friends from Ural Dumplings. The producer understands that former colleagues are attacking, defending themselves from two lawsuits that his company, Fest Hand Media, filed against Ural Pelmeni Production and the participants themselves in the amount of more than 80 million. Netievsky believes that later the guys will be ashamed of this situation. According to the producer, now former colleagues are receiving huge amounts of money.

“I don’t know what motivates them. I was promoting, producing, earning other money, and they were simply performing as actors and authors. No one belittles their talent - everyone did their job, but how many bright talented people viewers don’t see them, they don’t appear on channels until producers start working with them, and then some shows fail, we shouldn’t forget about this either. Producers have to do a lot of work on launching and promoting, choosing a format, building relationships with the channel, with everyone the right people and services for production. And when popularity comes, the actors believe that this is only their merit, and the producer undeservedly receives his dividends. I think all showrunners will understand me, this often happens in the world of show business,” says Netievsky.

Nevertheless, Sergei tries to extract from the conflict situation important details. He sees one of the mistakes in his work with Ural Dumplings in the fact that he trusted the project manager Evgeny Orlov too much, who, in his opinion, made a number of dubious transactions on behalf of the company and issued loans worth multimillion-dollar sums. For his new project, Netievsky has not yet chosen a person to whom he can entrust important matters.

For the third year in a row, fans comedy show“Ural Dumplings” cannot get a clear answer to their question: where did Sergei Netievsky disappear from “Ural Dumplings”? And indeed, it became so common to see the whole team assembled that the thought never even crept in that the composition might change. But it still happened. Why? After all, it was thanks to Netievsky, who invested a lot of effort in the development of this show, that the team reached the federal level; It was he, being the director and producer, who entered into a long-term contract with one of the TV channels.

“His departure is a science to others...”

So, Sergei Netievsky left Ural Dumplings. The reasons for his action are still hidden in secrecy. He was dismissed from his position in the fall of 2015. At that time, the changes in management that occurred were explained by Sergei’s constant employment in personal Moscow projects. And because of this, there was a lack of time to work with old friends from Yekaterinburg - the “dumplings”. Sat in the leader's chair

The ex-director of Ural Dumplings Sergei Netievsky firmly decided to challenge his dismissal by appealing to the arbitration court. He is still sure that everything was not formalized as required by law. The first meeting took place in early June 2016. Netievsky won the case. But...

What we didn't know about "Pelmeni"

A little earlier than everything that was happening, “Ural Dumplings” filed a lawsuit against the company of their colleague Netievsky called First Hand Media. According to this lawsuit, they wanted to invalidate the agreement under which the exclusive rights to the verbal trademark - 333064 - were alienated. It was under this simple number that their team’s mark was once registered. Now there is an assumption in the air that Sergey nevertheless transferred all rights to use this mark to his company.

Where Sergei Netievsky disappeared from Ural Dumplings remains a mystery for now. Let us remember that the LLC, bearing the name of our favorite team, was created in the not so distant 2011. Its co-owners were Vyacheslav Myasnikov, Sergey Netievsky, Andrey Ershov, Sergey Isaev, Sergey Kalugin, Dmitry Brekotkin, Dmitry Sokolov and According to official sources, in the year of the conflict of interests - in 2014 - the company's turnover reached 64 million rubles.

And that's all about him...

Sergei Netievsky has always been very talented person. Of course, he is a TV presenter, a screenwriter, an actor, and even the general producer of Idea Fix Media. And in every area of his activity he showed himself very well.

In his youth, he never thought that he would ever reach such heights. After receiving a school certificate, the boy studied at the Ural Polytechnic Institute in Yekaterinburg. He never had any debts because Sergei was very disciplined and purposeful. After graduating from the institute in 1993, he became a specialist in mechanical engineering development.

He never worked in his specialty for a day. Sergei got a job in a hardware store, not as an ordinary worker, but as a director. And the next year he met Ural Dumplings. And that's how it all began.

Hello, KVN!

Now it is impossible to say with certainty why Sergei Netievsky left Ural Dumplings. The story of his appearance in the team is simple and uncomplicated. And then, twenty years ago, nothing foreshadowed the current situation.

Then the popularity of this cheerful team grew day by day. There were a lot of tours and concerts. Therefore, Sergei one day had to make an important choice for himself: either stay working in the store, or go on stage at the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful. He understood that sitting in the director's chair, it would not be easy for him to cope with his artistic nature. And he liked all these performances and applause from grateful spectators. With some sixth sense, Netievsky realized that with the team he would win both fame and success. So he left the store.

Life in KVN

To gain the popularity that fell upon him, Netievsky had to overcome many obstacles with his team. At the very beginning of their career, “Ural Dumplings” performed at It was 1995. Then the team got into the Major League.

This is where the boys’ ascent to the Olympus of glory began. They played without ceasing to appear on the Club stage. We were in the 1/8, 1/4 finals. We managed to reach the semi-finals once, but the guys from the opposing team were a little luckier.

Now it is not possible to understand exactly where Sergei Netievsky disappeared from Ural Dumplings. But then, in 1998, he finally said goodbye to the director’s position and became the official team leader.

Their friendly victories

The team continued to play in KVN. The guys were determined to defeat everyone who stood in their way. They courageously overcame all difficulties and difficulties. Finally their dream came true. It was thanks to Netievsky that “dumplings” became the first. For the next three years, they fought together for the KVN Summer Cup, taking it with a confident hand in 2002. Netievsky himself began acting in films in parallel with acting.

Is the position of director available?

So, “Pelmeni” changed its director, but this did not immediately become known to a large audience. It is possible that only the show participants were aware. There were rumors that they expressed no confidence in Netievsky. For quite a long time it was not clear whether Sergei would remain on the team or not, and if he did, then in what capacity? The decision could not be made for a very long time. And the main reason for the discord, according to rumors, was a conflict of financial interests.

It just so happened that Sergei Netievsky left his post. Journalists at that moment were unable to get through to Netievsky to interview him and get answers to all their questions. Neither the founder of Ural Dumplings, Dmitry Sokolov, nor the new director, Sergei Isaev, said a word. In addition, as we discovered quite by accident, the new boss did not allow his colleagues to comment on what was happening. True, he promised to issue a press release.

What now?

So, Sergei Netievsky left Ural Dumplings. We will discuss the reasons (exact or suspected) a little later. In the meantime, one cannot help but remember that it was he who entered into an agreement with STS that the “dumplings” show would be broadcast on this channel. Thanks to this step, the team gained a foothold at the federal level. And the schedule according to which it works is directly related to this agreement. Of course, this is due to the merit of other participants in the show, for example, Andrei Rozhkov and Sergei Ershov.

When the situation with the dismissal was just beginning, one of the motivations was this: Netievsky lives permanently in Moscow, and from here it is difficult to travel to Yekaterinburg to work in a team.

Where did the presenter of “Ural Dumplings” Sergei Netievsky go? In those days when questions began to swirl about the change of management, there was a rumor that such a serious decision as changing the director did not carry with it some kind of personal hostility, this was an ordinary management move , aimed at increasing the efficiency of the team. It was also said that Sergey would collaborate with the team, but in a slightly different capacity - as a participant and author of the show.

And yet official reason care has not yet been called. Although some people say that this was Netievsky’s personal desire.

Perhaps it is now easy to answer the question of where Sergei Netievsky disappeared from Ural Dumplings, if we rely on information that says that Sergei spends his free time on implementing projects that he was thinking about several years ago. He is resuming his work on another, no less interesting project, in which he will be the host and producer. Alexander Pushnoy will be in tandem with him.

The former leader of the team, Sergei Netievsky, was kicked out of the team: once inseparable colleagues and friends quarreled over money.

“Show Ural dumplings”/TASS

The residents of Yekaterinburg, who chose orange shirts for their uniform, gathered in 1993 on the basis of student construction teams of the Ural Polytechnic Institute. There were 12 of them, like apostles: Andrei Rozhkov, Dmitry Brekotkin, Dmitry Sokolov and others. Sergei Svetlakov was taken from the “Park of the current period” team. In 1994, Sergei Netievsky came. They created a national team of USTU-UPI, called themselves “Ural Dumplings”, started playing in KVN and in 2000 won the Major League. Then they took a few cups and began to think about continuing their journey.

That's when Sergei Netievsky took control of the ship. Everyone considered him a good captain of the ship, a person who could promote and sell the project on TV. And Sergei Isaev, who subsequently removed Netievsky, and Dmitry Sokolov, and Dmitry Brekotkin said in unison that it was not for nothing that Sergei became the producer of the group.

It was his idea to go to TNT with the idea of the show. The humorous project “Show News” did not live long and was a failure, but it was this bad experience that allowed the guys to sit on the STS channel for a long time.

Alive for the profit

“Ural Dumplings” put together a serious lineup and began to play around concert programs. In 2009, they were invited by STS. More precisely, it was Sergei Netievsky who did not give up trying to sell the project - and did it with great success. The team began recording shows directly at their concerts. Not too multi-layered, but understandable humor, interaction with the audience in the hall, recognizable faces - that’s the whole secret of success. Plus “Pelmeni” continued to tour. 130 people (!) are working on the show - authors, directors, film crew, make-up artists...

In 2013, “Ural dumplings” soared to 15th place on the Forbes list. And where there are big sums, there are big conflicts. Alas, even among old friends.

Head over heels in court

In 2015, the team was suddenly led by Sergei Isaev. The revolution took place without bloodshed. After all, ten participants of the “Ural Dumplings” are the founders of the project - here. It turned out that by the time of the change of power in Pelmeni, Netievsky single-handedly organized the team’s tours - he was the general producer of Idea Fix Media and the founder of First Hand Media. These are the companies that produced Ural Dumplings projects and were involved in the group’s touring activities. All income from the TV show went to these companies. The key claim was this: Netievsky “received income from the sale of shows to television channels, hiding it from the team for three years.”

Producing is a huge job producing a show! And the guys didn’t do anything as producers

But the displaced producer is not at all embarrassed by this. “It’s as if everything that the production company and I, as a producer, earned had to be shared with the team! - Sergei Netievsky is surprised. — Producing work is a huge job of producing a show. The guys didn't do anything as producers. The team performed the functions of actors and screenwriters, so the production company entered into contracts with them as with actors and authors. And they received a fee for each episode of our show."

Pelmeni lawyer Evgeny Orlov assured that the ex-producer stole “not a fundamentally huge amount, several million rubles.” Netievsky launched a retaliatory attack - to court. He stated that he was removed, firstly, without a quorum of votes and, secondly, he was not notified of the date of the meeting 30 days in advance. The court reinstated the producer in his position and collected 300 thousand rubles from his former colleagues in his favor for legal costs. After which Netievsky was fired again, and he again proved a violation of rights. Realizing that he could no longer cook porridge with Ural dumplings, in the fall of 2016 Sergei left voluntarily.

The team filed a class action lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court and demanded that the rights to the Ural Dumplings trademark be retained by themselves, and not by Netievsky. The court refused. After which Sergei gave the team the right to two trademarks“Ural dumplings”, asking for a symbolic sum of two rubles.

But the litigation did not end there.

Because the rights to the performances belong to all the actors on the TV show. However, before 2015, Netievsky was one of them, but after 2015, not. Therefore, the team is trying to agree with Sergei on how to divide the rights, earned capital, website and shares in the project.

Million dollar scam

“Now I’m producing a program in which teams of “already Muscovites” and “newcomers” compete in wit on the Moscow 24 channel,” says Sergei Netievsky. — Together with Russian Union for young people I am involved in the All-Russian STEM Festival, from which I want to make a TV show. And for a year now the authors and I have been writing the script for the film “March 9.”

“Ural dumplings” also participate in the film process. Not so long ago, the heroes of which won 43 million rubles and decided to run away from loved ones so as not to share. Maybe it's hello former friend. Maybe a symbolic message for everyone.

Be that as it may, Sergei Netievsky now lives alone. He separated from his wife two years ago after 18 years of marriage. The producer denies the information that since the divorce he has accumulated 1.5 million rubles in alimony. He moved his eldest son Ilya to Moscow; the guy is studying at school and does not want to return home, as his father assures. The middle son Ivan and daughter Masha live in Yekaterinburg with their mother.

Now the director of Ural Dumplings is legally Andrey Rozhkov.

Sergei Aleksandrovich Netievsky is a Russian showman and producer, former director of the creative association “Ural Dumplings”, who left the team in 2015 due to a scandal.

Childhood and adolescence

Sergey was born and raised in the small Ural village of Basyanovsky, lost among the dense taiga. Like all boys of that time, as a child he played football with friends in the yard, rode a bicycle, went fishing, and played sports.

After graduating from school, he went to Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg) and entered the mechanical engineering department of the local polytechnic institute. At the university, Netievsky joined the student KVN team “Ural Dumplings,” which became the launching pad for his future career. Together with his comrades, he came up with jokes, went on stage and worked in the “Dream” construction team.

Career

After graduating from the institute in 1993, the young man managed to get a job as a director in a hardware store, but soon made the final choice in favor of KVN and devoted himself entirely to his favorite business.

The team's popularity grew rapidly, and soon the guys found themselves in the Major League. In 2000, “Pelmeni” became champions, and two years later – winners of the Major League Summer Cup. By this time, Sergei led the team and coped with his responsibilities perfectly. Under his leadership, “Pelmeni” became winners of the “Voting KiViN” festival three times and played a draw in the international tournament between Asia and Europe.

In 2007, Netievsky moved to Moscow, where completely different prospects opened up for him. The TNT channel was launching a new entertainment project, “Show News,” and invited Sergei to head it. Plunging headlong into a new activity, Sergei realized that “Pelmeni” also needed to switch to television.

The success of Sergei Svetlakov, who, having left the team, quickly “promoted” on TNT, only confirmed that he was right. In 2009, the first episode of the new show on the STS channel “Ural Dumplings” was aired, which immediately aroused great interest among the audience. Already in 2013, residents of the Urals became winners of the TEFI award and were noted on the pages of Forbes in the list of the most successful Russian celebrities.

At the same time, Netievsky was involved in several other projects: he produced the show “Unreal Stories” and played a leading role in it, was a member of the jury and the ideological inspirer of the talent show “MyasorUPka” and took part in writing the script for the acclaimed comedy “Freaks”.

He even completed directing courses in order to film “Dumplings” for the twentieth anniversary. feature film about the team. But these plans were not destined to come true.

Why did Netievsky leave Ural Dumplings?

In 2015, Netievsky found himself at the epicenter of a scandal. His teammates accused him of hiding part of the show's television revenue from them for three years (from 2012 to 2015). Allegedly, the producer convinced “Pelmeni” that they were working exclusively for fees, and arbitrarily embezzled part of the money and used it for the needs of his production center, First Hand Media.

Interview with Sergei Netievsky

In this regard, the remaining members of the team filed a lawsuit against Netievsky and removed him from office. Sergei Isaev became the new team leader. For Netievsky this came as a complete surprise. He filed an appeal, after which the court recognized the illegality of his removal.

The legal proceedings continued for several years; in January 2018, one of the participants in the Ural Dumplings, Andrey Rozhkov, announced the filing of a new lawsuit against Netievsky - in the amount of 28 million rubles.

In turn, Sergei demanded that the court recover 107 million from the UP: these are loans that the company Idea Fix Media (a subsidiary of First Hand Media owned by Sergei Netievsky) issued to 4 legal entities, including Ural Pelmeni Production LLC, as well as
